This concert "situé" presents the listener with music that is linked to different aspects of the artwork, "Excentrique(s), work in situ" by Daniel Buren: his visual impression of a forest, the form of a circle, the rhythms that it produces.
So, following in sequence: Pygmy polyphonic singing, pieces by composers associated with the so-called "spectral" genre of music (Gérard Grisey, Marc-André Dalbavie, Jean-Luc Hervé), by the Ensemble Itinéraire, or a work by the Hungarian composer Gyögy Ligeti.
